280 JEFFERSON AVE

BROOKLYN, NY

2016

Our goal for the full renovation of this stunning Brooklyn rowhouse was to open up the interior spaces and provide as much natural light as possible. Original hardwood interior doors were salvaged and reused in the new layout, and a historically accurate brownstone stoop was recreated at the entry. The exposed brick and wood beams, custom lighting solutions, and clean lines of the modern casework make for the atmosphere that is minimal yet inviting.
