309 NEW YORK AVENUE

BROOKLYN, NY

2015

Originally a store with two apartments above, this building was enlarged horizontally and vertically to maximize the floor area available for the lot. The first floor was extended at the rear to create a 1,700 square foot community facility space. The upper floors were gutted and reconfigured and two new floors added on, creating a total of six apartments.
